Pros:
A neat little neighborhood oasis park within a larger metropolitan area. Nice to feel in a bit of nature.
Pretty typical park style course that carves a few memorable holes through a generally open area via OB sidewalks and mature pines. Presumably an old golf course where you often play through the trees separating the old golf fairways.
Holes 1 through 5 wind around and over a little lake which creates a bit more danger and some picturesque greens.
There are two sets of tee pads for longs and shorts.
Cons:
Course is mostly pretty open shots back and forth across a field with a couple of trees to miss.
Drains very poorly after rains.
Layouts on signage and UDisc do not match each other and neither is exactly correct.
Other Thoughts:
Normal entrance is closed. Best to park in the development on the other side of the course, though parking is limited and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving valuables in my car.
DGPT Silver Series layout is sort of a safari layout and not all baskets and tee pads are in the ground. Current layout is easier with more par 3s.
