Pros:
Beautiful property.
Mowed fairways.
Course lay out is pretty easy to follow, even without the provided map.
Good range of distances.
Cool, custom "baskets"( "3D" shapes).
Great place to go and feel relaxed at.
Friendly dogs on property.
Friendly owners.

Cons:
Tee pads are grass and sort of difficult to see from afar,but they are in good placement and slipping is not an issue(maybe when winter comes around). Nice and flat surface for run-ups.
Not much parking available right now, it seems, but easy to stay out of the way of the course.

Other Thoughts:
I loved the course, and will be finding myself returning frequently, during weekends. Nice and quiet location to just enjoy nature and throwing some discs. Eddy (and Mary) seem like great people. 5$ suggested donation is well worth it.
