Pros:

Nice small course. Has 9 holes. Good for practicing short game. Does have some obstacle with trees, and river does come in play.

Cons:

Small and walkers do start to come out after work. And I do not believe the par and feet are accurate.

Other Thoughts:

Warning: Don't over throw hole 4 you will end up in the river.
