~ A work in progress: nine hole layout with DisCatcher baskets in place. No signage other than the course map at the beginning, concrete tees are planned and being installed (probably as Campus Facilities Department has time and materials)


~ Some tees are just marked with small flags, others aren't marked at all


~ After two open holes, the rest of the course is in thick woods. Some of the layout uses existing walking and cross country trails, so the fairways are obvious - you just have to figure out where to tee, and look for the basket tucked into the woods on one side or the other


~ With the exception of the very long walk between 8 and 9, Cairn is a good layout with a variety of length and shapes. Makes for a fun, quick round in the woods. Pretty typical of what I've found at colleges that create short nines on their property for student activities (similar to Misericordia or Angelica). Good for the students and a quick enjoyable stop for us baggers.
