Pros:
Tee area: 6'x12' astrocarpet atop frame. Benches. Tee Signs. Bag Holders.
Bold orange baskets with flags atop.
Cons:
Holes 3-14 (twelve in total, 2/3rds of the course) are in a footprint suitable for four decent-sized holes, or eight short holes. To say that these twelve holes play atop one another is an understatement - your vocal cords will be tested more than your approach game.
Over 1/4+mile walk from parking to tee=1. Just under 1/2-mile walk from basket=18 to parking.
Three(!) artificially raised baskets.
Other Thoughts:
Course is set at the back of a local park, on the far side of a small lake/large pond, surrounded by homes, and their fencelines. It is almost entirely flat, with a small slope being (overly) shared by holes 7-12.
The first two, and last four, holes are flat, relatively long, and primarily open. On some of these, too much griplock early or too much fade late may clear a fence, finding one either wet, in someone's lawn. Fairway #16 is tall grass supported by even taller bushes, and hole #17 presents an early triple mando.
Holes 3-6, 13-14 intimately share a flat space containing scattered trees. Holes 7-12 share an open slope supported by a few trees and a mini-ridge. An (only slightly) errant drive from top-of-slope tee=12 could reach several different holes. The baskets were set in their short positions the day I played - I can't fathom the overlaps with even farther positions.
Can one have fun here? Certainly, but for me, it is bag-n-go.
