Pros:
It has a decent mix of tall grass, short grass, trees, brush, wide-open shots and some rough that comes into play.
Cons:
Most of the holes are really short, so it's not a very challenging course for the experience player.
The tee locations are only marked by flags at this point, and there are no signs telling you where the next tee is.
