Pros:

I played this course last year and it was a solid 3.5. They have added 9 tees and 18 more baskets to this course. First the front 18 are decent holes 4-6 let you throw on some open areas but mostly these are wooded holes that are semi demanding that you hit your line. The new back nine is a whole new beast that is probably the most advanced 9 holes you will find in this area. Every hole has the potential to make your score look real bad. The baskets for A and B placements are red and yellow and permanent. So you can go to one place and pretty much play two 18 hole rounds. This is my favorite course in the area now replacing union city.

Cons:

Not really to beginner friendly.

Other Thoughts:

Hole 9 ends right at hole 19 but if you play the course in order you will walk across the street to play 10 then have to walk from 18 back across the street to pretty much 9's basket to 19 tee pad. They should change holes 10-18 to 1-9 then change holes 1-9 to 10-18 and this course would flow much better.

murray disc golf course 2+ years drive by

Pros:

great course. has 18 holes 12 of them with alternate pin locations and one has an alternate pad. Right near the university so easy access. Some tough holes with some hard lines but mostly if you shoot a well placed shot you will get your deuce. The holes with alternate pin locations are nice. They add a variety of shots and challenges to the course. The parks do a great job of keeping the course nice and neat. The course has a lot of potential for new pin locations and new pad locations. The tee pads are very nice as well as the tee signs. great guys around the area and there is usually always someone who will play with you. there are a couple of local pros in the area as well.

Cons:

The only cons at this course are the potential opportunities to lose your disc. All in the woods so a lot of leaves to deal with. Writing on tee signs and basket for aces.

Other Thoughts:

There is a club that meets every sunday at 1:30 and tuesday at 5 oclock.
