Good amount of elevation change. Variety of shot types. Quick to play if you know where you're going. Some of the holes have hole number/par/distance info on a board in front of the tee area.

No signs so it is easy to get lost as to where to go. Like I said above some of the holes have information, but it won't help you find the next hole, it only helps confirm that you are in fact at the right hole once you have found it. The course plays around a campground. Nobody was there when I played but I could see how they could get in the way during busier times of the year. A couple of the holes have you throw over a road. Grass/dirt tees.

Had I not known the course layout beforehand I would have easily gotten lost. It starts in the southeast corner of the park at a large boulder. Every hole is marked with a large boulder in fact and the course plays clockwise around the park. Knowing this it was relatively easy to follow. All around not a terrible course but it could be better.

- The large boulders at each tee are a classy way to mark where the tee pads are located. They stand out from the landscape which is grass or dirt.

Previous reviews talk about needing signs. Well, the problem is vandals. The course originally had signs attached to the boulders located at each tee, but vandals ripped them off. I learned this from the first reviewer, Dalton, who lives in town. He and two buds were very friendly and showed me the course flow. They even invited me to join them. Nice guys. Thanks Dalton. Without your help i would have been confused about tees, start point, etc. Theyre talking about adding concrete tees. That would help. I suggested they write the hole info in the wet concrete rather than using signs so that vandals cant steal them. If it had signs and concete pads id rate it 3.

No signs, it took me and eh person who came with walking the course and still getting confused three holes in.

If the would invest some time in to putting signs in it would be a great course and I'd rate it higher.

The holes offer a very nice variety of shots. A nice use of the limited terrain/elevation. baskets in good shape. Challenging.

No Signs!! Thankfully I ran across a couple of local players, who got me pointed in the right direction. The "tees" are boards buried in the ground, with (maybe) a number and/or post nearby. I still ended up throwing and searching on several holes, which did not add to the experience.

This could be a really nice course (given the terrain limitations) if a little time was invested in signage. Knowing where to throw helps a lot, and as a first-time visitor/player, I was pretty frustrated.

For those who are going to visit, the first tee is at the far SE end of the park, along the edge of the parking area. From there, the course progresses in a clockwise direction. Hint: The #7 tee and basket are on the upper level; don't be fooled by the #8 basket (down and to the right), which is the one that can be seen from the tee.

its wrapped around a camp ground so there's always a chance of hitting something or someone, more times then not there's a car in your fairway but that just makes for another target.
