Pros:
Nice Blue rimmed Discatcher Baskets
The back 9 is scenic and interesting with a small river in play
The grass/fairways were nice on the back 9
The signage seemed decent

Cons:
Extremely muddy with erosion problems on the front 9
Rather large construction project going on next door, contributes to the erosion problem
basket #2 is directly against a construction fence
Front 9 seems like a cluster of mud/dirt- boring layout

Other Thoughts:
maintenance on this course didn't seem like a priority- maybe because it's winter and there is a messy construction project going on directly next to the course
Won't be going back anytime soon- Pipeline and Tyger River are far superior courses in the area- Even Timmons park is better
