Pros:
Chester City Park is dangerous, boring, and flat out bad. The course has tee signs, baskets, and a playable layout, which helps it avoid a 0 rating.
Cons:
- Obstacles include a playground, pavilion, benches, and dog walkers. An errant throw might have you in a McDonald's parking lot.
- I got lost after #4. I think you have to walk all the way back to the parking lot to play the rest, but I played in the order of 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 6, 9, 8. I never found #5's fairway or basket.
- A few holes are 100' and straight on with no obstacles.

Other Thoughts:
It's hard to call a course rated a 1.5 overrated, but honestly, that's kind of what it is. Don't play unless you're a bagger.
