More Cardio than Disc Golf 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 27, 2020 Played the course:once

Pros:

If you want to be one with nature this is definitely the course for you.
They're benches at Tee boxes 4,8,10,12,14, and 16.
Overall course map available with information brochure.
There's a lot of shots between trees and narrow fairways.
You can purchase a personalized park disc for $15 if you want to remember your trip here.

Cons:

They're "0" trash cans on this course and I was disappointed with it being a state park setting.
There's more cardio between Tee boxes than I care for to be honest.
There's a lot of drainage once you get to holes 11 and up and seem to cross the fairways. Some of the drainage is located the entire course of the fairway. It hasn't rained in 48 hours and still quite a few slip spots.
Very easy to lose disc on this course,
There is a fee of $3 to enter the park.

Other Thoughts:

If you're a beginner do not play here it will only cause you to dislike the game altogether. I felt like I was working on cardio game more than my disc golf game. I feel like there's other courses in the area that's free where I can focus more on my disc golf game than my cardio workout.
