Pros:
Concrete pads
Clear signage
Two baskets per hole, every hole
The Long pins are DD Marksman baskets which adds a definite level of difficulty.

Cons:
Can be very windy as it sits on top of a hill.
Majority of the holes are straight shots. Only a few require any side to side movement.

Other Thoughts:
While shorter than the famous Water Works in Kansas City which is close by, it is definitely hillier. I really appreciated the long pins to make the course useful to a larger variety of ability.
