Pros:
Great course for practice. I use as a warm up course.
It would be very difficult to lose a disc.
Can play a round in 30 min or less

Cons:
No Tee's, If it's windy it's rough since there aren't any trees.
Also there are some guys that practice archery from their back porch so watch out for arrows.
