Pros:

almost has 9 baskets
has one or 2 decent holes
Gated course to keep you from playing

Cons:

mostly simple shots
Some areas are super dangerous of hitting people
Private gated course.
CHEAP Black hole baskets that are falling apart.

Other Thoughts:

You can't expect much from an apartment complex course and this fits that bill.

Hole 1 starts behind the office and is a horrible hole in that the tee faces the wrong way, you have to throw down the hill, then back over to the basket. pretty area, but horrible hole.

Then the course starts to look more promising with a large fairway on the side of a hill. Don't throw over the fence or your disc is gone.

That goes for hole 3 too, the property has a finger between a few fences and hole 3 is a big left to right shot with private property fences all around. Decent enough hole, just risky from loosing a disc.

Then a short walk over to hole 4, nice little shot with apartments on the left and a tree line on the right.

Hole 5 is a dumb filler hole with nothing in the way, basket was barely standing when I played it.

Hole 6 looks just like hole 4

Then a short walk over to play hole 7, one of the most dangerous holes on the course in that there is a blind walking path on the fairway around the edge of a building. On top of that, the basket for this hole was destroyed. Only the basket park and it was hanging on by a thread (see pictures I posted)

Hole 8 is one of the longer holes on the course, and other than having to throw between buildings and down a walking path, is a decent hole.

Then you come to hole 9, over the dog park. The trees really make this one a tough hole, if you play the dog park as OB, this hole is really tough to throw for a 2. But not long enough to not go for it. Then what if someone is using the dog park, there is not much room to throw around it. Well, at least your not suppose to be here playing anyways. So not a big deal?

Would I play here again? Shoot, even if I lived here I would not play here again. Short drive down to play ZBoaz, don't bother with this one. Although it might be a good reason to live here if you wanted a backyard danger zone.
