Pros:

Short course, bring a midrange and a putter. It is best place to get an ace for sure.

Cons:

Short, holes not marked well, not a real challenge but good for short game.

Other Thoughts:

One of those if your around the area it is good to play otherwise stay closer to home and also when i went I got ate up by mosquito's so bring bug spray.

Pros:

You can accidentally get an ace out here. All of the holes are short and all but one or 2 are aceable. Excellent place to work on your short game and if you are a beginner you would have to be very very bad to lose a disc. Keep it low...

Cons:

Mosquitoes...This park is actually home to the Texas Mosquito Festival. So bring your OFF. The biggest strength about this course is also its biggest weakness. You will not get to use your driver, leave it in the car. Watch out for runners, one of my group hit a high school student with his disc. Although it was kinda funny because of the kid's reaction, I would hate to hit a smaller kid or an old lady.

Other Thoughts:

There are not many people out there on most days. Bring your putter and a couple of approach discs and go to town... (I got my first ace on hole #2)

Pros:

Makes for a great practice in the woods, mostly right handed holes but some lefties, ace holes all over the place, some holes require precise shots because of tree placement

Cons:

Not much use for a long driver here, a midrange driver such as a wasp or a panther is ideal for this course, very close to playground so children get in the way sometimes

Other Thoughts:

I live near this park and it is only a nine hole course so we have taken upon our selves to mark alternate box-to-basket holes and they are written on the marked tee boxes, nice shady park, good place to bring the family if they just have to come along
