Pros:

Plenty of parking at the community center. The baskets were nice with the hole number on top of them. The tee pads were really nice. This course was extremely challenging with a few really good holes. The first three holes were excellent. I just wish the course continued to be that good. I liked hole 7 and 12 how water came into play. Also, hole 8 was fun with that huge ditch in front of the basket.

Cons:

the course did not have any tee signs or arrows to point you the right direction. When I pulled up to the property I was able to drive by a few of the holes(17,18, 1-5,7, 13) which gave me a good basis on where the holes were. It also would of been nice if there was a map that I could use to help navigate. I couldn't find hole 11 but I found the basket so I walked back to the tee. I also did not find hole 15. I looked for 30 minutes and had no luck. The course seemed to long. Most of the holes could of been cut in half and the course would of been better. Especially hole 10, It would of been a great hole if the basket was in the old location( where the shopping cart is hanging in air), And then had a tee pad near there and threw to the current location. Hole 13 is another one that could of been cut in half. I feel like the community center had so much land that they felt like they needed to use all of it which is not the case. Distance doesn't make the course better. They have the space to make 2-3 quality courses.

Other Thoughts:

This course has the potential to be 2-3 great courses but they just need to cut the length down on some of the holes. A few 500+ foot holes are nice but not every single one.
