From the tee you can't see the basket. You probably want to stay to the left of the big opening to set up an easier second shot

Tee for 8 is actually right beside parking lot and tee for 1. The path starts to the right of the basket for 7. Turn right across the small bridge and follow path all the way back keeping the water on your left.
