Pros:
The grass is regularly mowed.
Plenty of parking.
There are course maps and scorecards available at the first tee box.
There are 4x4 wooden blocks under each basket with an arrow pointing to the next tee making for easy navigation.
There are about a dozen benches to take a rest on. These benches are not at the tee pads but are in your route of play.
Baskets are fairly new and in great shape.

Cons:
No public restrooms. Although, if there's someone working in one of the buildings, they will let you use the bathroom if you ask. But, there are no signs indicating facilities.
