Pros:

Rolling grassy hills, pond and stream, several interesting mandos and tight wooded fairways

Cons:

Brand new course, no tee signs or cement tee pads yet, just flags & rubber to tee pads with spray painted arrows for directions

Other Thoughts:

Lots of trees are marked to be saved / removed in the wooded holes 9-18. Very fun course with tough doglegs on the short birdie holes
