Pros:
There is some challenge to the pro tees and length on one hole (though it is a boring hole that you either can or can't reach and should never bogie). Not a huge amount of obstacles, but enough to make you shape a shot on occasion.
Cons:
It's a multi use park and there are people to contend with at times.
It won't offer much of a challenge, even from the pro tees, to anyone who can throw over 400.
The worst shot doubles was won with a -18 one year.
