Poorly conceived 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 1, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

There are a lot of short holes, so this is a fun course for players who lack huge distance.

The signage and next hole arrows are very well executed.

There is a good variety of shot shapes

Cons:

This park is dangerously over crowded!!! Many holes run along walking paths. Blind corners and busy riverbanks make shots feel obtrusive and dangerous for other park users, of which there were many (during a morning round on a Thursday morning).

Many holes are unusually short. At least four under 200'.

All three of the long holes are almost completely unreachable.

The course setting and short holes might seem appealing to beginners but the proximity of other park users makes this park feel very likely to produce accidents and more than anything the risk will seriously ruin many's experience.

Other Thoughts:

If you could play this property with no other park users you could make an amazing course.

As it is I will not play it again. I am a pro golfer and even I lacked the accuracy to feel comfortable throwing some of the shots and not endangering other park users.
