Pros:
Really well-maintained course within the Deer Run park. Easily one of my favorite courses, and I'm elated that it's so close to where we live.
Clear tee signs, red (easier) and blue (harder) tees for each basket, except maybe one in the back 9 that we didn't see.
Lots of different shots and lengths of shots, and with the course being in the park, it's also convenient for field practice.
Really creative basket placement too - some of them even hang from trees. This course has been such a fun challenge for me - as a not-confident player, woods and water hazards sometimes make me uncomfortable, but this is definitely going to be the place where I can let loose and experiment to improve.
Cons:
Some of the tee pads are pretty short - maybe they will get longer as they work on replacing some of them.
Other Thoughts:
They're replacing some of the tee pads now - if you see gravel tee pads, those are the ones being worked on at the moment if I've understood correctly. It's really great to see so much care put into the course.
