Pros:
*tight layout, decently challenging for how short it is (I hit all pars, and I consider myself a mediocre player)
*public bathrooms were clean
Cons:
*The tee pads are ridiculously small. Like, so small that I'd prefer that they just weren't there at all. Good luck doing any kind of runup on hole 5.
*the signage could be better. Specifically, after hole 5 it's a bit confusing to find hole 6 (HINT: it's up the hill, in the woods)
*the water from the water fountain was quite hot
Other Thoughts:
This is a nice, compact little nine-holer. There are a bunch of different holes that are very birdieable, but overall the holes are not so short that you'd consider it a pitch n putt. The wooded holes all have pretty ridiculously tight corridors that you need to throw down (or up, in the case of hole 6), with pretty dense underbrush, so they really encourage shot accuracy. Most people will probably do best throwing a floaty putter shot. Hole 8 has an aggressive dogleg right that will challenge people who throw exclusively RHBH. Hole 2 seems like it should be easy, but then you realize that it's a pretty low ceiling that forces you to stay low. Hole 5 is probably gonna be your best chance for an ace / birdie.
I'm not gonna go out of my way to play it again, but if I'm ever on a road trip that puts me in the vicinity, I'd definitely play it again!
