Pros:

It's a course, of course.

Nicely maintained, even scenic small park. There's a slight slope to the park which adds a slight elevation and thus a little dimension.

It CAN actually be a challenge if you don't have a soft touch and w/ the OB areas specified in other reviews.

Cons:

Crammed into a small area/short holes.

Signage is currently lacking. I couldn't find the sign for tee 3 or 8, though 8 had a base stone. It's near the corner of the "pond". Plus many of the signs don't face the direction of the basket which can get confusing b/c many baskets are rather close to each other.

Located in a multi-use park by the community. With a walking path and pavilion within a drive's reach I can see how this place wouldn't really be playable during large events and such.

Other Thoughts:

The previous two reviews still rang true for the most part today, especially Qikly's in '14. I had kind of a difficult time navigating the course despite its being crammed into such a small area. The original signage was nice but is now lacking. The tee sign for 2 is not in the same place as the photo. It's now right next to the dock facing the pond. I'm not sure if that's someone's joke or if they intend for you to play from the dock but I played from the dock and it actually made the hole fun. I couldn't find 3's tee and just played it from 2's basket. Tee 8 also doesn't have a sign but it's located at the corner of the pond - just keep going straight past 7's basket. You'll see a stone marker in the ground. I personally think this hole would be a LOT better if you walked past the tee marker to the private property sign on the edge of the pond. That said, when played from the tee, and if you play the trail/beyond as OB, it can be a hard shot if you don't have a soft touch.

I imagine for good players this place is nothing but birdie/ace runs.

Holes 1, 2, 6 and 8 are my faves. 1 plays thru a couple power poles and then into a small carved out area in the brush. You can't see it from the tee. 2- if played from the dock - is a lot of fun for a RHBH. 6 plays blind - behind a bench, blind to behind the pavilion. 8 - if played w/ the above mentioned stipulations or by that private property sign is also a fun one.

As said in previous reviews it's a nice little course for beginners and locals but it's really not a destination course, really more for baggers.
