Pros:
It's a course with elevation, marked tee pads with decent flow with plenty of tree's to navigate. Even has a restroom in the middle of the course.
Cons:
Private gated community, I was surprised when i asked if I could play that they said yes.
Only 6 holes with dirt/gravel tee pads.
Other Thoughts:
6 fun little holes in a private gated resort comunity.
You park at the ball golf parking area and tee off next to the tennis courts.
First hole goes around the edge of the courts and is a hard left to right shot.
Hole 2 is a simple downhill shot through the trees.
Hole 3 throws back up the hill for a short shot though the trees
Hole 4 is a longer shot with several guardian trees you need to thread the needle to get out to the open. This is the longest hole on the course and most of the hole is open once you get past those first row of trees.
Hole 5 tee's off from 4's fairway, it goes back over the edge of the hill into the tree grove.
Hole 6 is a pretty tight shot up the hill and is one of the longer holes on the course.
Would I play here again? No, this course is WAY out of the way to get to for only a 6 hole course. If you live here it would be a good course if you don't have time to drive to Hot Springs.
