Pros:

There are 9 baskets, one of which is elevated.

Nice use of water on hole 4, course featured one wooded hole, and the elevated basket on hole 9 is a nice touch.

Cons:

Tees and baskets are not numbered I started on hole 9 one time and hole 3 a second time. I never would have guessed which hole was hole #1.

1 was a simple shot that used the road as the fairway.
2 added some length and challenge, but if forced me to play over a parked parking lot filled with homeless people living in their cars.
One guy had tarps tied to his car and a massive TV antenna sticking up out of his back window.
3. was short easy shot
4. was a nice short hole that uses the water well.
5. was a long hole, but it looks like you are going for elevated basket if you do not have the map. You end up throwing towards a pavilion either way.
6. UNPLAYABLE! It was so over grown there was no longer a fairway. The "fairway" was knee high grass and the rough was over waist high.
In the deep rough I was hit by stinging nettles and had to take a break between 7-8 because it began to sting so badly.
7 is the only wooded hole.
8 was a short hole that required me to play directly over 3 cars. The basket was bent up pretty bad.
9 was another straight shot, but it did feature an interesting elevated basket.

Other Thoughts:

This course looks like someone just tossed baskets out with little planning and never finished. This course is in desperate need of numbered tees so you know where to start. Tee signs would be great.
Hole 6 needs serious upkeep and hole 8 basket needs some repair.

It looks like all the time and effort went into creating the elevated basket instead of finishing the course.

This course is not worth the trip unless you are in the area already.
