Excellent design, great location, a lot of fun to play. True to par with some slightly easier and some slightly more difficult holes. A lot of interesting features that make each hole unique.

Hole 16 basket is too close to power lines and may need a redesign. Tee pads and baskets need an upgrade.

Tournaments are being played to fundraise for more quality pads and baskets. This is a private course so please be respectful, no drugs or alcohol on the course, pack it in pack it out etc. Spare discs available if needed.

The new owners just purchased the Double K Retreat and Adventure Center two or three years ago, just in time to experience Covid 19. Obviously, this has adversely affected their operation. The center is just a mile or so off of Interstate 90. The new owners are very welcoming and friendly. They offer a variety of recreational opportunities including canoeing, white water rafting, lots of snow activities and much more. However, the disc golf course probably brings up the rear.

The 18 hole course is mostly flat, (except for hole 17) and plays through some scattered timber. The ground which is probably snow covered several months a year is a little rough and kind of uncomfortable to walk on. Three holes play under 200', five are between 200 and 300', five play in the 300's and five more are 400' plus making for a nice variety of distances. Check my math to see if these add up to 18 holes. Generally, many holes are blind off the tee. Because of the next tee signs, the course is easy to navigate. Unfortunately, almost all of the tiny laminated tee signs were missing, combine this with all the blind holes forced me to walk ahead on many holes trying to locate the baskets. At the start of the course is a kiosk where you can scan your phone and download a map. Hi-tech has arrived at the disc golf course.

The baskets are red single chain models. Some have faded to kind of a Molly Ringwold pretty in pink tone. The tee pads are natural with a front board. Often rough, I just teed off beside them.

My choice for signature hole goes to # 17. It plays just 177' downhill to a basket which is tucked away down below.

The course recently hosted a tournament of some kind. I think Paul McBeth was a no show but there must be a few other players up-here-a-bouts.

The baskets, tee pads and signage are all pretty sub-par. Thank goodness for the next tee signs. They were a big help.

Okay, if you live up here at the top of Snoqualmie Pass, the snow is two feet deep all winter. Not necessarily conducive for disc golf but the crazies in Michigan, Minnesota and other winter wonderlands make it work. Why not here? Some needed improvements such as laminated signs are an easy fix. The baskets and tee pads are expensive and labor intensive. I don't see them happening anytime soon.

Note to owners, I wanted to leave a decent gratuity but between my wife and I, we only had $50's so I dug around at the bottom of my disc bag and found about $1.40 in change. Sorry!
