Good for a Fix 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Very easy to get to in the East Valley. Never really crowded. All the local guys are cool. Great use of the park to get 18 outta 9. I love the shot (#12) over the pond.

One thing I will always say about these lil neighborhood 9'rs they can make some awesome guerilla courses. So the potential for some good fun is always there

Cons:

Short and open. Signs are jacked up, but you don't need 'em. Need a local to play the back 9 the 1st time. Gets flooded during rains/ monsoons and is muddy for days after (it is a retention area as well as a park)

No tee pads (weak footing) and the signage has been vandalized, so there is just a pole with an empty frame where the info was. No Restrooms

Other Thoughts:

Great place to get a quick fix if you live in the East Valley

Got my first ace on hole #3 with a bunch of buddies (Jahding, Peedle, Worm, China, Mark, Klimek, Steve, Willy....miss you guys!!)

Favorite Hole: # 3 because I got my 1st ace there, but #12 rules!!! Throw all the way accross the pond. About 350+' to the pin and it is pretty well protected by 2 trees.... Again, I Love Water!!!!

open wet field 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 27, 2008 Played the course:once

Pros:

It's well maintained, freshly mowed grass, very clean and safe neighborhood. Good for rollers when not wet. Water hazard is there but not in your face. Good length, and use of hillsides.

Cons:

The pond in the middle can make some tees underwater/wet/or muddy and hard to throw from safely/easily. Not well marked- only about 3 tee signs, the rest recently marked by the corner of the tee box (grass) making it possible to navigate. Almost entirely wide open, with sparse trees. A fence on one hole can't be climbed to retrieve a disc.

Other Thoughts:

Nice that it has dual tee back around to make 18 holes.
