The left of the three tees adjacent to the end parking area, hole 1 plays longer than expected due to the constricting lane and low line needed. As a right hander, I try to snap my Tern firmly down the right side of the lane, hoping for it to scoot past the clump of trees just to the right of the fairway, fade a little left, and skip up as close as possible. I've also seen some wily verterans go for this one with a roller.
