Pros:

The setting is interesting. Thorny shrubs with some trees, and lots of ravines and bumps. Baskets are placed often on top of a mound with ravines on 2-4 sides depending on the hole. The lines are reasonable and distances moderate. The baskets are okay -- with 1-2 bent up.

Cons:

There is no consistent signage. It seems that there are two sets of tees, but the basket numbers, the map, and the tee numbers do not match. The course is hard to find with almost no signs where to park, nor where hole 1 begins. No starting kiosk at all. There are no reliable arrows pointing to the next hole. The tee pads were often covered in brush, sand, rocks, or huge palm leaves cut off nearby trees. There seemed to be almost no maintenance. Israel needs to do better with its first permanent course. I enjoyed a "safari" round. Most of the holes I played were 250-400 feet, and all were reasonable par 3s. One hole was 500+ and I took a 5. And two holes I never found at all...
