Pros:
Fairways are mowed.
Cons:
No tee pads.
No tee signs.
Baskets are handmade, but falling apart.
Baskets are placed next to buildings, play structures and a skate park.
There's a blind 318' hole that plays up a hill and across a parking lot, lengthwise, with no visibility of the parking lot from the base of the hill.
Most holes are completely open. The challenge is not hit buildings, children or parked cars.

Other Thoughts:
This course could easily be transformed into a shorter, family friendly course. Add in some simple paver tee pads and some 24 chain baskets and it would be twice as good as it is now.
