Pros:

How easy it is to find discs 10/10 - You should have no chance of losing a disc here. The worst that could happen is throwing over the fence on the right of holes 2 and 3 and having to walk around to get them.

Use of obstacles 9/10 - This course is definitely not on championship caliber disc golf land. That said, the designer did a very good job using what they had. My one gripe is there are a couple of holes that come close to a building and playground parking lot, which could be dangerous in some cases if you aren't careful.

Maintenance / Comfort 8/10 - The grass has always been well mowed, and there is a decent amount of shade. The course is short, but there are a couple of benches around the playground if you need them.

Decisionmaking required 8/10 - There are some good risk/reward decisions players will need to make, such as throwing over the OB parking lot/street on Hole 5 long. A lot of the holes, even some of the short ones, have well placed obstacles that give you an option of throwing around either side.

Navigation on the actual holes 6/10 - There are no tee signs or maps to give you distances, but all baskets can be seen from the tees.

Variety of shot paths 6/10 - On about half of the holes, a straight putter shot will do the trick. The other half do a decent job of making you shape shots. Hole 2 favors left to right, while both tees of 8 and 9 and the long on hole 4 favor right to left.

Variety of openness on shots 6/10 - A couple of fairly technical shots on holes 7 and 8. A few mostly open putter shots. Lots of low ceilings that force you to keep the nose down.

Cons:

Amount/Use of elevation present 0/10 - Not so much as an anthill, completely flat

Quality of Alternate hole positions 0/10 - No alternate basket positions

Condition of Baskets, tees 4/10 - The baskets are new and in good condition. Hole 6 was missing for a couple of months but they are all in now. Tees are just grass/dirt marked by metal poles.

Navigation between holes 4/10 - The main thing knocking this down is that a few of the metal poles marking the tees are missing (Hole 1 short, Holes 3 and 5 long), which can lead to some confusion. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, as all of these holes you tee off from the sidewalk, so maybe they couldn't put the poles that close? There is also not a map on-site. That said, the flow is mostly intuitive and you can see the poles that aren't missing from the previous basket most of the time.

Variety of distances 4/10 - The holes are all short to medium length. There are 4 holes over 300', but a lot of low ceilings on these holes make them play significantly longer.

Reasonably challenging all levels 5/10 - This is a great course for beginners, with enough obstacles to be interesting but not frustrating. It's especially good to take someone for their first time, since you can play the short tees the first time around and then the long tees once they've started to figure out how their discs fly. Both tees on 7-9 and the long tees on 2 and 5 offer some more challenge for more experienced players, but the rest of the holes will be a birdiefest with a lot of putter shots.

Other Thoughts:

More precise rating: 2.638
Overall challenge of the course 3/10

This course is technically an 18-hole course, but it only has 9 baskets. There are 2 sets of tees, so the idea is you loop around twice, which I normally do when playing here. I'm not sure if you're "supposed" to play shorts or longs first, so I just referred to holes as 1-9 long/short in the review.

For where it's located, this is about as good of a course as we could have hoped for. It's good for casual players or introducing new people to the game.
