Pros:
-trees, a few low ceilings, ace runs
-mach baskets are worn but serviceable
-turf tees are easy spot but not in good condition
-basic tees with hole number, distance, par
-two tees per hole, A and B
-pond in play on hole 6
Cons:
-the tees are short and uneven
-walking path on 1 & 2
-super short, not much challenge
Other Thoughts:
This small neighborhood park has a really short pitch & putt that is perfect for beginners and kids but very easy for nearly anyone else. It's also nice if you're chasing aces and is a very quick round for the course bagger.
You can easily play this course with just a putter from the shorts, maybe add a midrange for the longs. The two tees have different looks on most of the holes. There are trees to work around on most of the holes too, hole 1 even has a tunnel shot. Holes 4-6 are the most open but you throw over the pond on hole 6, about a 150' water carry.
The equipment is pretty run down but it still works. I opted to throw next to the turf on some of the tees. The navigation is pretty straightforward but the long tees are a little tough to find on holes 7-9.
A fun practice course if you live nearby. A decent warm up or cool down before or after a round at Wind Creek too. Ideal course for families and kids. I played both tees in one run in about 30 mins.
