Throwing discs in a park

Pros:
A nicely manicured park like course to throw your frisbees in a dg starved area. Views of Fairy Lake. A couple shot shapes required to get your 2. Not much danger of losing your disc besides holes 1 and 2 if you turn something over badly.
Cons:
Was a busy park when I played. So many picnickers enjoying the shelter. Not much of a danger unless parkgoers unaware of discs headed their way. Hole 9 basket pole was under water. We didn't bother throwing a drive on that hole after assessing the situation from hole 1. Tee Pads were garbage, rutted natural.
Other Thoughts:
Meh, something to play. If in the area the courses in Melrose and Long Prairie are better options. Out of the 16ish courses I played in the area this weekend was the 3rd worst only bested (worsted?) by Meadow Lake and Windy Pines.
