Pros:

+ This course has DiscGolfPark baskets, which were top notch. They are beautiful and catch very well. There's also an arrow in the basket that points to the next tee.

+ Plenty of ace runs. All holes are < 250' and should be reachable with a putter. It's great for beginners and the chances of losing a disc here are zero.

+ The tee signs are very illustrative and descriptive.

+ I'm happy that the city installed a course here. While it's a little short and feels cramped, I don't think that the park here is popular enough that it's ever an issue.

Cons:

- There's not really a challenge here. Very little elevation, though there are a couple of trees here and there. I would say that most players reading this would be totally fine (and should expect to be well under par) with just their putter.

- It's in a multi-use park. When I played there, 3's sign was literally in a playground area and the risk of hitting other park goers is apparent.

- Natural (non-concrete) tees.

Other Thoughts:

I'll be honest, I was especially attracted to Flanagan DGC for two reasons.

1. I wanted to be the first one to review it.
2. It seemed like a quick one to bag.

I certainly wouldn't recommend going out of your way to play here. But, in the incredibly unlikely chance that you happen to be in Flanagan, it's a quick one to bag. My second round here was only 7 minutes.
