Pros:
Course is a semi circle from parking lot. First tee along wall near basketball court. For a 9 hole course, this offers good variety, length, and challenging winds. Water comes into play on two holes.
Safe area with plenty of soccer, baseball and walkers.
Parking lot is between hole 1 and 9. You can also park along road and start at 7 or 8.
This course plays well all year

Cons:
Hole 3 tee box is a small pond most of the year.
Hole 3 almost always requires waiting for walkers on the path but people are very friendly and some waive us to throw.

Overall a very nice 9 hole course!
