A beautiful short course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 13, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

The holes are reasonably well designed. The designated tees are short but they incorporate landscape and trees to require a variety of shots. 1 and 2 are an anhiezer, 3 has these light poles that I wrap an S throw around. 4 has natural mandies off the tee. 5 is begging for a power forehand. 6 is a short tunnel for a flat backhand. 7 is the prettiest hole on the course with distant mature trees in two locations that paint a monster S throw in your mind as you tee up. 8 is a 300+ anhiezer from the local tees and 9 is that straight distance drive past mature growth to a pin hidden in mature growth. No matter where you land in at the end of your drive your picking your shot carefully hear. Local holes are marked with red numbers and lately some green paint. These make holes 1, 2, 3, 5 and 8 longer and more challenging, Several times a day the park is near empty. 9-11 and after 3pm there are fewer people in the park

Cons:

Around noon every weekday the local group hit the course and play as a group of 6-12 players and disrupt the natural flow of players, Show up before or after these players and your game will be more pleasant. The app has several holes on this course rated at Par 4 or higher which simply not the case. All holes on this course are Par 3.

Other Thoughts:

The design was well done and the local holes fleshed that out. There is an elementary school across the street and twice a day you get all that traffic. Free to play, no pro shop and clean.
