Pros:

This place is out in the boondocks on a really pretty piece of private land with substantial elevation changes. The variety of shots here is great. Some lightly wooded with big older trees, some heavily wooded tunnels with dense undergrowth, both uphill and downhill, par 3s and par 4s.

I played three sets of tees and some of them require different shots, some are just longer. The longest tees are definitely a legitimate challenge, and plenty of technical challenge for any level of golfer. Well maintained...and with this kind of terrain it's gotta be a big job. Nice work!

Cons:

Tees are mostly natural, some built up with railroad ties blocked together as the tee surface. I'm not a fan of those, they are a little uneven and can throw your timing off if you don't pick up your feet in your run-up.

I almost trashed my ankle in a little narrow gully that's hiding in the grass on the flat near the shorter tees of hole 3. Would be a good idea to have some flags or paint to mark that, or maybe lay some boards across it (bridge not necessary, but it would visually indicate the hazard).

Some of the tees/fairways could use a few branches taken out to make the line a little less "poke and hope", such as hole 2 right tee and hole 8 short tee.

Other Thoughts:

Only one hole is a pure distance challenge, so if you rely on a big arm, this course could keep you back in the pack or trying to catchup with the technical precision golfers. This course is a good one to escape crowding at the busier courses; you'll have the place mostly to yourself. There is also a league that plays here occasionally.
