Pros:

Shot Diversity
Different Types of Holes
Fairways and Greens year round green grass
Technical and Long

Cons:

Gets muddy and requires alt pin's in winter
Teepads slick when muddy

Other Thoughts:

This course is beautiful with elevation changes and woods and open shots
