Czech Road - Glacier Wa, Course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 9, 2000 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Great views & lots of trees. A outstanding walk & hound friendly (if your dog is controllable) Construction of the disc golf course was inexpensive, the maintenance costs are minimal just pack out your trash and repair the nets, the play is free.

Cons:

Hard to locate the course, may need a guide / Sherpa the 1st time played. The back 18 can spin ya around.

Other Thoughts:

I had to give it a rating of #4. My name is Ron. I lived on Czech Road & designed this course with the outstanding help & ideas of many of current & past local residents. It may not be fancy or have a huge budget attached to it, but it is our hidden gem. This course is located on a U.S.F.S. land, so please respect. If ya pack in please pack it out.. Bring a zip strip or two to make a net repair as needed & PLEASE be kind to the local residents. Everyday for years I just walked out the back door looked at Church Mt & threw discs all day, we would play 4 rounds a day on the front and back courses. It is good way to get the dogs tuckered out plus just forget about the world. Aces do happen & if you play long enough you just might hear the yell of Ted when he Aces hole # 16, PEACE & RESPECT.
