Pros:
Good challenging mid range wooded holes
Good variety and use of elevation
Great proximity to Virginia Tech
Good for getting people into the sport.
At same park as Black Bear, makes for a great day to do both.

Cons:
Some fairways have a frustrating amount of trees
Could use more open fairway holes mixed in
Trails are in poor condition in places

Other Thoughts:
I disagree with the navigation and length concerns, this course and black bear are in a great location for walking through the woods and the hikes are not that long at all.
