Pros:
Goose Creek DGC is a newer 18 hole course on the north side of the Quad Cities. It plays through a pretty little multiuse park. It's basically broken down into three 6 hole sections, all of which end near the parking area.
The first six holes play more standard park style. Hole 2 plays alongside the baseball field. Hole 3 has part of the baseball outfield fence on your right along with a road to the left. Hole 4 has the same road on the left too, After that it heads back towards the parking area. The other twelve holes are on the west side of the lot, six on either side of the creek that runs through the park. These holes feature a mix of moderately wooded and prairie style holes on each section.
Nice new DGA Mach V's on every hole (except hole 6 for some reason). These are really solid baskets in my opinion. No complaints with these. Mounted well and catch great. One basket and pin placement, from what I could tell, on each hole.
The tees are concrete and in great shape. Nice and grippy rectangular pads that are plenty large enough for most everyone's run up. More than sufficiently sized for a course like this. One tee per hole. No complaints on these.
The first twelve holes are pretty much totally flat. The last six holes have a bit of elevation involved. It's used nicely too, playing uphill starting on 13 before going back downhill for hole 15. The last three holes are flat again but have the most trees in play on the whole course.
The flow is a bit wonky due to the three loop thing going on, but easy enough to figure out. I'd still advise having a map handy if possible to speed things up.
Nice park, very clean and well maintained. The course is up year round and free to play.

The tee signs just have the hole #. No other info on them. Well, unless you need the phone number for the city of Davenport parks and rec. If you do, you're reminded of it 18 times. Most holes are right in front of you anyway though, so a map isn't necessary.
The front six has that baseball diamond pretty prominently in play, so if there's a game going on, that section might be unplayable.
The prairie holes aren't my favorite type of hole, by any stretch. There's definitely a chance to lose a disc in this stuff in the summer. Or at the very least spending an annoying amount of time wading through it looking for a shot.

This was a decent little course. I got a bit annoyed on some of the prairie style holes, but that's mostly because I despise those types of holes. Not so much the holes themselves, though they aren't the best.
This isn't a destination kind of course, but is absolutely worth a stop in if you're nearby and have an hour or so. Good compliment to some of the other hilly courses nearby. I'd play this one quite a bit if I lived around here, mostly early or late in the year when the rough is down though. Either way, solid course.

Pros:
-good use of available terrain
-Concrete tee pads with numbered tee sigs
-plenty of parking
-varied distances and pars should allow almost any player to feel successful
-DGA Mach V baskets in good repair
-The creek adds a degree of risk that can be fun

Cons:
-Tee signs have the number of the hole, but offer no further information. Someone has written the distances in sharpie on the 4x4s holding the signs and they appear to be accurate
-Baskets don't have hole numbers on them. Not a huge deal, but would help in making sure you're playing the right hole
-I wish the creek was actually involved in a water carry, rather than just the edge of a fairway

Other Thoughts:
This was definitely worth the rest break while driving through on I-80. There's not much notable about this course, but I would be very happy to have it as part of my local courses. What this course really needs is real signage on the tees and baskets, and then I would really have nothing to complain about. This is a great course for all skill levels, with a low risk of disc loss and plenty of birdie opportunities.

Pros:
Very flat except a couple holes, concrete tee pads, few trees, there is a creek but it really doesn't come into play, good course for beginners
Cons:
3-4 holes were really muddy, bad drainage it appears, no distance, par or map on hole markers so look at the city of Davenport site to get course overview.
Other Thoughts:
overall a fun course design and is definitely a great addition to the QC disc golf circuit.
