Ground is dry; undergrowth (vines, etc.) need trimming.
Course is on the grounds of Grace Community Church and school. Close during normal school hours. Course is new, and work is still being done. Some of the turf tee pads are installed and others are in place but have not been secured. Crossing the small creek is a major challenge. The course uses land that was a dump for the city, and the area for holes 3-4 is littered with hundreds of rusted cans, creating something of a safety hazard.

Less than 1 mile west of UT-Tyler, on the south side of University Boulevard (FM 248). From Loop 323 in southeast Tyler, go east on University Boulevard. Campus will be on your right (south) about 1/4 mile down the road. Turn into the first driveway and park near the left field fence for the baseball field.
