This is a fantastic course to work on your distance game. With clean, clear fairways, few trees, and two different teepads per hole, one can focus on drives of all distances. Additionally, the rough is not too high, making errant throws easy to find.

The teepads, baskets, and walkways are all in fantastic shape. This is likely due to the course being new, but it was still impressive how good of shape everything was in. The baskets were visible and caught discs well. There were signs pointing in the proper direction on longer treks between holes. The signs at the teepads were clear, concise, and also noted where the next tees were.

The scenery is beautiful. The hills are rolling, the grass extends forever in some directions, and the course fit in beautifully. The designers did a good job of creating a course that meshed so well with the surrounding scenery.

Due to the lack of shade, this course likely gets pretty hot in the summer. I played on an overcast day, so it wasn't too bad, but on a sunny day with high humidity, it would make for a rough time.

Sometimes, it feels like there are out-of-bounds areas just for the sake of having out-of-bounds areas, instead of having them in areas people shouldn't be throwing (i.e. the sinkhole).

Not all the holes have benches, garbage cans, etc. This may be improved upon as the course matures, and it's not really that much of a con, but it is still to be noted.

This course is not "very hilly," as this page suggests. It may be "moderately hilly" but I would classify it as "lightly." My fitbit recorded 12 flights of stairs for the 18 hole course, which is well under what I was expecting when I read the course description.

I really enjoyed this course. It was a bit of a trek to get there from the Lexington area, but it was well worth it. It is suited for people of all skill-levels, and the only people who would complain about the course are those who love wooded, technical holes. As people learn about the course, I expect it to get more crowded and receive more love.

I hope I am in the area again soon, because I would love to play it again!

Charming new course in the horse capitol of the world playing over picturesque rolling Kentucky bluegrass hills.

Excellent course design integrating the available elevation, few trees, a small pond, and planting new trees for the course. The variety of distance and elevation from hole to hole flowed very well. Along with requiring distance there is a good degree of defined landing zones to hit and technical line shaping to score well.

High fun factor airing out some elevated long bombs and ace runs and the hanging basket. I loved the black horse fencing touch around OB areas.

Two nice concrete tees, signs, and a yellow T4 basket with multiple positions on some of the holes I believe. Navigation was ok for the most part. Course seems to be well maintained. Only maybe lose a disc in the pond or tall grass or sinkhole. Really only need a driver and putter.

I'm having a hard time coming up with cons here. It doesn't really have any true wooded tunnel shots or mostly wooded holes. Lots of wind and sun exposure. It was a little muddy down by the pond.

There was some discrepancy between the map/tee sign and what I was seeing on holes 10, 14 and 18 baskets that appeared to be a different position, no way 18 was only 366' from long tee, it was more like 566'. Might be a little long for beginners. The long backtrack to hole 2. Couple spots where next hole was not intuitive. Not much seclusion anywhere - troubling when natures calls. Tennis courts by hole 1/2. Dog park by 18.

This was a last minute add to my trip, and with the course being so open I had some preconceived notions that I would not enjoy it a whole lot, but I'm glad the course proved me wrong. There are lots of memorable holes and would like to play again and again. I wish I took some more pictures, but it was getting late.

I think this might be the best course design involving the fewest trees that I've played. I only brought a driver and putter and was really all I needed. That became a catch 22 since I didn't have to lug a bag around the long course, but I wished I had brought some drinking water. I didn't notice the pond on 12 from the tee, and glad I hooked it right. Course is very cart friendly and I would think you might be able wrangle a horse to ride around the course. Definitely recommend this course to anyone in the area!

This course was a beautiful course over the rolling hills of Kentucky. Here are some of the highlights of the course:
-There were a variety of distances on the holes, with many that really allowed you to air it out.
-The longer hole lengths incorporated more of a mid range game
-There was a mailbox at the first hole with map and scorecard (you may want to print map just in case as this course becomes more popular)
-Nice concrete tee pads
-Incorporated some technical shots
-Used what water was on the course nicely including a pond coming into play on 2 holes and a creek on multiple holes.
-There are not a lot of places to lose discs on this course, short of putting it in the center of the pond
-Multiple tee placements for different levels of play
-Course set in a nice park setting.

-As of yet there are no signs on the holes
-With the area they had they did a nice job, but for those who like technical shots on the majority of the holes, there would be quite a few open holes.
-Did not notice any benches or trash cans, but with it being a new course those still may come.
-Without a map, there were parts that would have been difficult to navigate especially without signs, although they put a few directional arrows out.
-Last, the locals used the area for walking dogs in certain areas which was a nuisance on a hole or two until they get use to a disc golf course being there.

Overall, I really enjoyed this course. I play for recreation, and have not had much time to play, but this was definitely worth the 30 minute drive to play with a friend. Highly recommend playing with a map!
