Nice little course 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 8, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

good beginner course
not hard to follow if you have not played before
very pretty area with large trees

Cons:

course gets some play, the dirt tees were full of water today.
while no super long holes, most of the holes are not sort pitch and put holes

Other Thoughts:

from 45, it is a nice little drive to the course though the River Plantation development.

Course winds though an area that appears to have once been yards but are now part of the park. Even hole 4 has the foundation of a home on the edge of the fairway (looks like it was marked as OB)

between holes 5 and 6 is a empty house with all the windows broken out.

Most of the holes are simple either slight hyzer or slight an hyzer shots with no holes much longer than 300 ft. Well defined fairways although holes 6/9 and 7/8 come pretty close to sharing fairways.

Overall, the course was fun to play, while not all that challenging good shots are fun to make.

Pros:

This park is quiet and clean.
It has a cop presence so it keep some of the knucklehead at bearbranch away.
cement walking path.
never crowded!

Cons:

Predictable course. when it rain the dirt tee pad stay sludgy for at least 3 days. Ants are everywhere so be careful where you lay your discgolf bag down.

Other Thoughts:

all right i play this course on average 2 time a week. I like this course beacuse it dead most of time. i think at most i've seen 3 other group playing at same time. i used this course to work on the fundamental of the game and it allow me to really pratice diffrent shot with out chance of losing my disc. I enjoy the freedom i get beacuse it really is a very forgiving course. I also find that this is a great course to bring people into the sport. it really is for the novice player but i still have a blast playing it!
