School Course with a twist

Pros:
This is a very naturally technical course. Most courses on school property utilize sidewalks and roadways to create OB and this course is nothing like that. Many natural elements and very little user conflict.
Cons:
It's only 6/12 holes. It does play nearby/through a parking area, so if school is in you might have trouble with proximity to parked cars and some traffic. you also could have issues with parking during sports season as the parking lots are shared and are not the biggest.
Other Thoughts:
It's a nice course, well implemented with very new concrete tee pads, very little other traffic thru the area that this course is installed except for 1 hole really.
