Pros:
For starters this place if my favorite course. It's pretty hard so keeping strokes can be frustrating if that's your bag. However if you're just playing skins it's boss.
Its varying length holes all have bogey difficulty but with very few similarities in fairway length, dog leg angles, elevation changes, water features, and protected hole placements.
Great course maps and most holes have 4+ hole placements.
Also an underrated feature is that the park people don't really ever walk around the course so it's just golfers out there.
