Pros:

Clean, good baskets, few trees, few obstacles, not busy, nice area.

Cons:

Small, easy, not enough baskets.

Other Thoughts:

I grew up spending weeks in Michigan thumb area. Now when we go up it nice to have something to throw my discs at, instead of just my travel basket. Easy park, great for beginners or an very easy round of golf.
