Great Beginner Course 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 8, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Concrete Tee's (though a bit short, no run-ups necessary on this course)
Modern baskets in good condition
Signage at each Tee
Layout uses the minor terrain features available and loops back to beginning.
Well Maintained, difficult to lose disc even in the rough and no litter!
Practice Putting Basket with spiraling concrete stations

Cons:

Short holes. #4 is longest at 354 feet.
No real difficulties due to layout or obstacles, Holes 7 and 8 have narrower (50 feet or less) fairways bounded by drainage ditch on the right and fence on the left. No shot shaping necessary.
Some resort guests ignore signage and don't clean after their pets upon occasion, be watchful for animal feces as well as the rattlesnakes numerous signs will remind you of as well.
No benches or trash receptacles on the course.
No easily accessible restrooms on the course.

Other Thoughts:

Being at a RV resort, this is a great course to get both seniors and kids interested in Disc Golf. As a resort guest, I am unaware of any restrictions or fees required for the general public but encourage local players to visit and possibly create a beginners or introductory event, if possible.
Staying at the resort, it was nice to practice putting and/or throw a quick putter round to start my day. I made use of it daily during my week long visit.
