Pitch’n Putt Niner

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 8, 2023 Played the course:once

Pros:

New concrete tee pads
New Discatchers
Multiple tees on the majority of the holes
Seems to have good upkeep
Good use of elevation in the course design

Cons:

No tee signs
The tee pads look like they were pre poured and have big drain slots in them, which could affect some people's throws.
$7 fee to enter the park.
5 of the holes are completely open, only 1 actual wooded hole (hole 8)
Lost disc potential on hole 7 if you misplay the spike hyzer over the top.

Other Thoughts:

Hawk DGC is a fairly new course with the recent addition of concrete tee pads.

Hole lengths range from 190' to 350', averaging about 250'.
The wind is the main obstacle on most of the holes.

It could serve as a good warmup round before you play Eagle which will eventually be a 24-hole course in the same park. If you have to choose between the two, pick Eagle.
